House-Elves are a bit of a difficult population to represent. This office is usually used by a representative for them, and also includes House-Elf Placement resources. It also holds the House-Elf registry, keeping track of what family is served by which House-Elf, be they singular or multiple.

Heh, Centaurs! One of the worst creatures to try to negotiate with! Very few actually last in this office. Centaurs absolutely detest wizards and witches, humans of any kind really, interfering with their affairs.
There is a running joke within the entire Creatures Department, that if someone is sent to the Centaur office, they're about to be sacked. This is because the Centaur population refuses to communicate with the Ministry of Magic a great majority of the time. |

This office is usually full of ghosts, if we're perfectly honest. Which makes sense. But oftentimes, a living assistant of some sort needs to be present to take notes and handle any paperwork involved with this office. Because ghosts can't hold a quill. It'll just slip right through their hand entirely. Decisions from this office take a good deal of time to get handled due to these inabilities.
