A dingy 'neighborhood' just off on the outskirts of Diagon Alley, between the Muggle and Magical worlds. Not exactly the best place to live unless you like living dangerously.

The Gardens are located off to the right side of Gringotts Bank in Diagon Alley. The Gardens are kept immaculately supporting a rather beautiful centerpiece of a fountain, shrubbery, trees, green grass, flowers in all sorts of arranged colours, Chess Tables and benches set up along the cobbled stone paths. A rather popular spot to walk through while taking a break from the shopping in Diagon Alley.

Partway down Diagon Alley, near its intersection with Knockturn Alley, stands an imposing snow-white marble building: Gringotts Wizarding Bank. Towering over the other shops, it is the place where British witches and wizards store their money and other valuables, in vaults miles below ground. The vaults are heavily guarded.

The centuries-old bank is run by goblins, and they alone know the secrets of the twisting underground passages and the enchantments (and creatures!) in place to defend against intruders. The goblins have a code that forbids them to speak of the bank's secrets, and would consider it base treachery to break any part of that code.

Makers of Fine Wands since 382 B.C, Ollivander's is a narrow and shabby little shop with a window display consisting of a single wand resting on a faded purple cushion. Inside the walls are lined floor to ceiling with thousands of narrow boxes, which Mr. Ollivander chooses from when trying to find a wand to match each customer.

Owl-corresponding wand-restoring can be done as well.

A large wizarding bookshop filled with shelves stacked to the ceiling, Flourish & Blotts is the primary - and perhaps only - supplier of textbooks for Hogwarts, though of course that's far from all they sell. The shop holds occasional book-signings, such as when Gilderoy Lockhart stopped by in 1992, and sells books via owl in addition to books purchased in-store. They also take advance orders for books that are in high demand, such as The Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore.

To Muggles, this club looks like a beat up abandoned bar. To those in the Wizarding World, it is a brand new club in Diagon Alley. With vines and foliage all around for the decor, it's almost as though you've stepped into a jungle. As far as decor goes, it's quite unique for Diagon Alley.

Though far from the only wizarding clothier around, Madam Malkin's seems to be the best, as it is the place where most Hogwarts students purchase their robes.

The store is located next door to Flourish & Blotts, and in addition to selling Hogwarts school robes, they also sell robes which are spangled, self-ironing, beautifying, slimming, fattening, lengthening, and temperature-adjusting and they carry robes made by Whopperwear for the outsize witch or wizard. A later advertisement states that every robe sold at the store is self-ironing and repairing as well.

The Leady Cauldron is a large bed and breakfast close to the train station. Lots of travelers come and go but stay for the fireplace, butterbeer and pea & ham soup.

The Apothecary is a fascinating shop crammed with all sorts of interesting things. There are barrels of slimy stuff lined up on the floor and jars of all sorts of powders, herbs, and the like along the walls. Bundles of feathers, fangs, and claws hang from the ceiling. The whole place smells very bad, a mixture of bad eggs and rotten cabbage.

The one place in Diagon Alley where you can get your creature treated, just like any other pet. And your normal pets too. This animal clinic is for wizarding pets of all kinds. Larger ones require in-field treatment most of the time though, so definitely schedule that ahead of time.

A very crowded pet store, noisy with the sounds of all the animals. The proprietor is a rather friendly fellow, willing to help anyone who walks in the store. Some creatures for sale are; enormous purple toads, gigantic tortoise with jewel-encrusted shell (probably a Fire-Crab), poisonous orange snails (Streelers), a fat white rabbit that changed into a top hat and back, cats of every color, noisy cage of ravens, custard-colored furballs (probably Puffskeins). Sleek, black rats, rather more intelligent than normal rats, and many many more.

All Quills can be purchased here. Even rare feather quills from mythological birds, but they are expensive. All quill related items can also be purchased here, parchmant and ink pots.

Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour. Owned and operated by Florean Fortescue, and was located at Diagon Alley besides Amanliensis Quills. A cute little shop that has outside dining with round tables and colourful umbrellas for shade.

This shop is a favorite for a lot of students of Hogwarts. Quality Quidditch Supplies also once displayed a full set of Chudley Cannons robes in the front window.

A fairly dark shop full of scrap metal, tools and wood. The owner doesn't normally allow anyone under the age of 15 inside, due to safety concerns.

Located at 59 Diagon Alley, Terror Tours advertises that they offer action holidays for the wizard family with a sense of adventure!

Some of their tours include:
Transylvanian castles for rent, with the host a guaranteed vampire, a trip down the "Zombie Trail" where you can come face to face with the living dead! A cruise through the Bermuda Triangle where you'll see the remains of ships that didn't spot the monster.

The small print at the bottom of the ad warns that "Terror Tours accepts no responsibility for death or injury."
