Magical World - General Rules

We all saw them die, we mourned over the loss of the once loved. But how could this be, they're back? Who would have thought the dead would walk, but we aren't talking about inferi. Those foul and lothesome creatures aren't the dead that are walking, talking and breathing the same fresh air as we are. I'm am referring to those who we loved, who we saw die and visited their graves after they died. They're back, and they are how they were before they died.

In the early hours of the morning 25th of February 1971, on his own The Dark Lord travelled to places far and wide to make alliances with those who would remain a secret to this very day. He joined forces with like-minded leaders, wanting a better magical world for the pure. They saw Voldemort as a visionary, a god-like person with capabilities beyond anything they've seen. As he set his faithful Death Eaters to start destroying the mudbloods and to announce the greatest wizard of all time has risen, his plans back in Russia were stable. With the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Life Voldemort extracted pieces of ancient magic into these elements and hid them away for the time when he needed it most. A backup plans of sorts. An irreversible spell of tremendous combined powers, forging to an earth shattering end. This was called the Hell on Earth project.

The Elements are:

Water: Combined bloods of the strong
Earth: Europe - Russia, France and England; the most powerful countries in the world at the time.
Fire: Burning wood in a circle around the ancient spell casting.
Life: A sacrifice of a pureblood soul.
Air: The solar eclipse.

The Hell on Earth was something Voldemort was eager to use, but only at the right time. By bringing the elements together at the exact time and exact power, the earth would tremble as those who had passed from the 1970s to the present day, would break through the ground and walk the earth once again. It would allowing them to retrain and regroup, and follow his own instructions for a total take over. Only thinking about his selfishness, he neglected to think about those who fought against him. An example, James and Lily Potter, Sirius Black and Albus Dumbledore.

But right now, Voldemort has no other choice. He gets to use his greatest creation. Hell on Earth will be awakened. In the early morn of September 2nd 1997, Voldemort invited his most powerful wizards from his beloved countries to England and to the Forbidden Forest, to band together once more 26 years later. Bringing the ancient elements to the circle of fire, they awakened the dead....
