De Luca manor is a big house that started off small, but due to family it had to expand. At one point in time almost the entire De Luca bloodline lived in the house. That was up until Zechariah's senior year when his parents were murdered and everyone dispersed. The house holds 6 bedrooms on the top floor and two in the basement. On the sides of the house there are little relaxation rooms. The back is a porch that can hold about 15 people. Also the basement was expanded to hold his grandfather's 'library'. His grandfather collected books of any kind that he could get his hands on and made a small part of the house just for that.

This two-story, narrow tudor home is remodeled from the ground-up, where once stood an antiquated and white two-story home. The rooms are either dark like Kráma's mood and general state of being, or somewhat plainer. Trees cover most of its sides, guarding his home from prying eyes. The home is under the Undetectable Extension Charm, giving to a much spacier workshop and den below - both where Kráma works in his off-time, and where he entertains his fellow Blood Hunters. The home consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and the accouterments below.

The Moody House is a quaint, 2 story house in the more muggle part of the neighborhood. It's located on Church lane, not too close to the other wizarding families but not too far out, either. It looks completely ordinary, save for a slightly crooked chimney, itself a casualty from one of the twins' explosive experiments. Andy and Ally have gone through great lengths to mugglify the home in an effort to keep it mostly hidden from the wizarding world. Aside from a barrage of wards and charms protecting its inhabitants from malicious wizards the house itself is plainly visible to muggles.

A cobblestone walkway leads from the sidewalk through a perfectly ordinary front lawn decorated with a plastic lawn gnome. A few completely regular shrubs line the property line and are home to a family of rabbits. Andy's car is parked in the driveway, and the garage itself is packed with a wide assortment of the family's little used possessions and inside is a perfectly normal living room, kitchen, and a master bedroom upstairs. There are 2 magical portions of the house - the twins bedroom is magically enlarged and split into 2 same size rooms and reinforced with unbreakable walls. The lower basement is also magically reinforced and looks like a mad scientist's lab with dissected dung bombs, fanged frisbees, a pair of brooms, all manner of extremely sharp instruments, a crossbow, a sneakoscope, foe mirror, and all manner of paraphernalia belonging to the Moody twins, Constance and Virgil.
