This is the Home Base for all Law Enforcement in the British Magical World. Magical Criminal Apprehension Division houses Magical Law Enforcement Patrol, Aurors, Hit Wizards, the Improper Use of Magic offices, & the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts offices.
This is where the British Ministry of Magic Stores their registries of Criminal Records, Wands, Abilities, and Bloodlines. The Werewolf Registry is also located within this office.

The Bloodlines Registry is a magical trace of familial ties, which can also help trace Seer abilities, Blood Curses, and other magical ailments or abilities that run through the magic in the blood.

Wizengamot is wizarding Britain's high court of law and parliament. It predates the Ministry of Magic itself, dating back to the days of the medieval Wizards' Council. Its administrative headquarters are located in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement of the Ministry of Magic, whilst the trials take place in the dungeons of the lower levels of the Ministry of Magic. The barristers that work within this department are the prosecutors of the Wizarding World in magical trials, and determine if and when someone needs to be tried for crimes committed.

A specific division of the Ministry of Magic for the rehabilitation and treatment of traumatic events caused by dark wizards. Many have trouble and have not recovered from the events that took place during the wizarding wars, so the people within this division are here to help with that when needed. Similar to Muggle "Social Workers".

As part of a collaboration between England, Germany, and America, this is a prototype of a training ground for Aurors. People locate it as "that first door to your right". Past that door, one finds a room as large as the Ministry, complete with shelves, an apothecary, a dueling ring, an obstacle course, and a lunchroom, where there's food brought up by employed house-elves.
